Wanli porcelain comes from the late Ming Dynasty, between 1573 and 1620. Another name for Wanli porcelain is crackle porcelain, after the Portuguese boats that brought the Chinese porcelain to Europe. Wanli porcelain is thin and light with decoration of mainly landscapes and animals in blue and white.
