The relics of Ursula and her eleven thousand virgins were very numerous and were scattered everywhere. By the early thirteenth century, thanks to the spread of the relics, The Cult of the eleven thousand virgins of Cologne had also become popular across much of Europe.[13] One of the most beautiful reliquaries, in the form of a ship, can be admired in the Palace of Tau in Reims.
