Large art Cabinet on foot with paintings of the Metamorphoses of Ovid.

Antwerp. 17th century and later.

Paintings on panel, some monogrammed 'PDB'.

Blackened wood and pearl with Seal moldings.

When closed, a folding lid, two doors, two drawers.

On the inside of the folding lid three paintings with Pan and Syrinx from left to right, an unidentified later painting and Thisbe and Pyrame on the right.

Inside, Central a portico on which the Greek gods on Mount Olympus are depicted, behind which a perspective surrounded by eight small drawers with secrets.

Above the portico a drawer with a noble couple with Jester behind a balustrade and below Daedalus and Icarus.

On either side a bay with four drawers with left on the front panels: Andromeda, Narcissus, Cephalus and Procris and at the bottom a later panel with a marine landscape.

On the right on the front panels: Venus and Adonis, the robbery of Europa, Atalanta and Meleager and at the bottom Merucius, Argus and Io.

On the inside of the exterior shutters Diana and Callisto on the left and Diana and Acteon on the right.
